Building products in 2026
Every Tom, Dick & Harry can build products in 2026. However, most teams get stuck somewhere between the idea, a prototype, and shipping real products.
With 20+ years of product management and design expertise, we help founders think through the opportunity, shape the product, and build the next production-ready iteration.
For simpler ideas, our platform lets you create and deploy interactive AI tools without committing to a full development engagement.
Then vs. Now
Then — Pre-AI: Software was built for everyone.
Building was expensive. To justify the cost, you needed to serve the widest possible audience — one product, one codebase, every industry.
Businesses squeezed into the same tools and adapted their workflows to fit. Specificity was a luxury almost no software could afford. The right tool for exactly your team simply didn't exist.
Now — 2026 onwards: The right product for exactly the right team.
Building is fast and cheap. Products can now be scoped precisely for how your business works — your team's terminology, your specific workflow, your edge cases.
No compromise needed. The tools that were once too expensive to build for a narrow audience are now within reach. That's where the next generation of products lives.
Team — what you get
A two-person senior team that cares about your product succeeding.
Angus Rogers — Product Conception & Management
Angus translates complex, ambiguous problems into clear product direction. He runs discovery, defines scope, and keeps the build aligned to what actually matters. LinkedIn.
Kevin Dunbar — Product Design & Development
Kevin bridges design and engineering. He shapes how the product looks, feels, and works, then builds it. What you see is what ships. LinkedIn.
We only partner with products we believe in. With 20+ years of combined product experience, we care about what happens after launch. We advise on go-to-market readiness, help you learn from real users, and stay in the relationship as the product grows.
How we work — pricing
A clear process built around learning fast and building right.
1. Exploration Build — $6,000 USD, one-time
Whatever you arrive with, whether a napkin sketch or an impressive prototype, we rebuild it from the ground up in one week. We separate what works from what doesn't and scope the real product with confidence. Feature set, architecture, timelines, and budget all locked in before a single line of production code is written.
2. Production Build — $4,000 USD / week, minimum 4 weeks
We build on a fixed stack we know and love: Next.js, Supabase, Vercel, and GitHub, with LLM APIs for the AI layer. Speed, resilience, and scalability. No surprises.
3. Product Development Partnership — $1,200+ USD / month, minimum 3 months
We stay in the relationship. Clean, extensible code from day one, ongoing iteration as you learn from real users, and support getting the product in front of the right people.
Need it faster? There's an app for that. Deploy interactive AI tools — service recommenders, quote generators, personalised assessments — without a full dev engagement. Free to launch, and pay only when you hit 50+ monthly users. Try the Service Recommender.
Case studies — some of our partnerships
Over the last 2 years we've partnered with businesses across the US, UK, Hong Kong and South Africa. Every one of those relationships is still active.
Student Reflection Tool — Consumer SaaS
Outcome: Won 2024 AI in Education award.
A Hong Kong EdTech founder championed a therapeutic framework for helping neurodivergent students understand and manage their own behaviour. We translated that expertise into a structured digital experience built across student, teacher, and school roles, making the methodology accessible without sacrificing its clinical depth. The platform supports executive functioning development in school settings and earned recognition at the 2024 Hong Kong Business National Business and Technology Excellence Awards for AI in Education.
Enterprise Idea Platform — B2B SaaS
Outcome: Consulting methodology, built for scale.
A San Francisco-based futurist had spent decades developing innovation frameworks that were already being applied by some of the largest organisations in the world. The challenge was translating those sophisticated mental models into a platform that enterprise teams could use independently, without losing the depth that made the frameworks valuable in the first place. We built an enterprise ideation platform to do exactly that, and have since extended it with a suite of AI-powered tools that continue to broaden what the platform can capture and deliver.
Shift Scheduling Platform — B2B SaaS
Outcome: Disrupting a legacy-dominated market.
An Iowa-based healthcare venture studio building a portfolio of purpose-built clinical products came to us to design and build the first company in their portfolio: an AI-native scheduling platform for independent emergency medicine groups. The space has long been underserved by legacy software not built for the specific demands of physician-owned practices. Deep research with practising EM physicians and schedule administrators shapes an experience grounded in how the work actually happens.
Outbound Campaign Builder — Internal Tooling
Outcome: A team of a few, executing like a team of hundreds.
A Scotland-based startup working in community engagement and grassroots advocacy needed to run multiple outbound campaigns simultaneously, without growing headcount. We built an internal MarTech platform that starts with defining their ideal customer, then generates a full set of personalised campaign assets including landing pages, lead magnets, and pitch decks, assembled into a ready-to-run funnel with clear performance measurement. The intelligence sits in how prospect context is captured once and carried through the entire system, so every touchpoint feels tailored rather than templated.
AI Interview Coach — Consumer SaaS
Outcome: Proven methodology, accessible at scale.
An established EdTech that has coached thousands of students from top-50 global business schools into roles at the world's leading technology companies wanted to extend their reach through a scalable product. We built an AI-powered interview coach that puts their proven methodology into the hands of any user: simulated interviews across different stakeholder types, structured feedback, and a personal bank of CV-linked experiences that users can draw on and weave into their responses. Initial rollout has focused on the third sector, extending access to underserved individuals who stand to benefit most.
Lead Conversion Tools — GTM Tooling
Outcome: 1,000+ leads in the first two weeks.
An electric vehicle leasing provider was driving paid Meta traffic into a sales process that asked too much of a prospect, too soon. We built a suite of interactive lead conversion tools on our own in-house platform that delivers immediate self-serve value at the point of ad click, while quietly qualifying and segmenting prospects in the background. Data flows directly into their CRM and back to Meta via Pixel and CAPI integration, enabling personalised follow-up and smarter ongoing campaign optimisation. Over a thousand leads were captured within the first two weeks of going live.
